The Product Manager – Electrification is part of the Advanced System Teams. The Advanced System Team’s mission is to develop and implement innovative vehicle systems and advanced technology solutions that solves our customer greatest challenges by utilizing innovative and reliable HYDAC hydraulic, electronic, control and fluid conditioning solutions optimized for the mobile market.
You will make an impact in this role by:

Developing the E-mobility product/solution strategy with key business partners.

Developing marketing content around our E-mobility solutions.
-
Using technical product selection tools to select products based on customer requirements/RFQ’s.

Generating system/product proposals to mobile OEM’s, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.

Leading all HYDAC US Division product strategies for E-Mobility.
-
Collaborating globally with HYDAC E-mobility teams on product and market strategies and their tactical implementation.

Leading divisions regarding productionization of developed E-mobility products and systems.
-
Providing Voice of Customer (VoC) to our Product Divisions for new product development.

Representing HYDAC with customers and accompany Sales Managers to customer locations selling our technology and advanced systems.

Provide support to application engineering and field sales (Distributor and RSM).
-
Handle quotations and price strategies and prepare price lists.
-
Responsible for distributor, RSM and customer service training initiatives.

Recommend new products/modifications.
-
Recommend and monitor stock levels.
-
Develop and update product literature and new product publicity.
-
Coordinate trade shows.
-
Prepare and present product presentations, reports and plans.
-
Manages product and customer-related projects.
-
Other duties assigned.

3-5 years related industrial experience.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Product Manager – Electrification role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience
-
Experience with electrification
