The ideal person for this position must have strong Sales experience . This position is focused on developing new business through prospecting and cold calling, as well as using your strong presentation and negotiation skills. Must have a solid proven track record in successful selling. In this role, you will be involved in planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed profit and growth targets; identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities; and opening new accounts while expanding business at existing accounts.
Qualifications
At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry
A proven track record of breaking new accounts using innovative sales approaches
Superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
Effective negotiation and closing techniques
The ability to achieve and/or exceed sales quotas
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and engaging personality
A strong work ethic motivated by results
The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
