A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for one of its critical access hospitals. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the Medical/Surgical Unit. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
- Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- New grads are welcome to apply!
- Active RN License.

- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: 3x12
- Two shifts available; 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Pay: $30-46+/hr., depending on experience, + differentials.
