Title: KITCHEN MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER
Reports to: General Manager

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for Restaurant and Banquet menu items.. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience working in/running a fast-paced kitchen, with high aspirations and following set recipes and food standards
Preparing and planning daily operations standards of running a high volume restaurant
Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining kitchen personnel as appropriate.
Ordering and Inventory of all products
R&D of new menu items
Targeting and maintaining appropriate food cost
Collaborating with a team to create seasonal offerings
Monitoring and Ordering Equipment + Supplies
Scheduling and Tracking Machine Maintenance
Creating weekly team schedule + goals
and development of staff.
