Position Summary
The function of this job is to supply technical and maintenance support to the plant and equipment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained in good, safe operating condition, serviced at regular intervals, and minimizing down time.
Responsibilities:
· Service production equipment, lubricate as per maintenance schedules.
· Repair equipment, processes, etc. as required.
· Maintain proper housekeeping and organization.
· Collect, store, and maintain waste oils, grease, etc.
· Assist in the disposal of waste.
· Record and document all maintenance and repair records for all plant equipment.
· Fabricate tools and fixtures as directed by Supervisor.
· Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
· Required to work on-call overtime during maintenance emergencies and maintenance.
Shutdowns.
· Perform preventative maintenance tasks on process and facility equipment to ensure
efficient operation.
· Identify opportunities for improvement.
· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
· Ability to learn PLC and controls
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Electrical Schematics, Electronic Controls, Motor Drives (VFD’S), HVAC and Pneumatics

· Ensure that health and safety standards are followed within the Maintenance Department.
· Ensure that Lock-out/Tag-out procedures are followed for equipment repairs and adjustments.
· Ensure that all repairs are done in compliance with legislation (building, electrical, pressure vessels codes).

· Dependable with good attendance.
· Must have the ability to work productively with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
