TITLE: Sr. Financial Analyst
LOCATION: Westchester, IL
REPORTS TO: Director - FP&A and Commercial Finance T&HS US/Can
Primary Function:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing reports and providing insightful financial analysis to support management decision making for Texture & Healthful Solutions (T&HS) leadership team, Global Portfolio business leaders, and T&HS Strategy team as well as identify opportunities to improve processes and support ad hoc projects
Core Responsibilities:

Support the development of new Portfolio reporting within T&HS Segment as well as cross-segment reporting.

Create, review, and distribute monthly/quarterly financial results for T&HS global business partners.

Leverage PowerBI to create enhanced reporting packages for T&HS Segment and Portfolio reporting.

Provide support to T&HS Strategy Team for ad hoc analysis and reporting; assist in 5-year Strategic Plan process.

Work on special projects focused on financial/strategic analysis, financial forecasting, or financial reporting as required.

Perform analytical reviews of business data to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials, ensure correct material/product hierarchy and mapping exists to ensure data integrity.

Develop collaborative and influential relationships with key leaders and stakeholders within the T&HS Segment and Strategy team.

Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts within the Corporate Finance team and regional finance teams.

Perform analytical reviews of business data to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials, ensure correct material/product hierarchy and mapping exists to ensure data integrity.
Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting; CPA a plus

3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, or auditing

Must be able to analyze financial results and assess impacts of business decisions

Must have a working knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BW and BPC a plus.

Have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Have demonstrated experience working as part of a team

Have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
