Job Title: Property Administrative Assistant (Houston)
Position: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
Compensation Range: $44,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
Supervisor: Senior Property Manager
Provides essential support to the organization. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are key for success in this role.
- Answering phone, taking messages, and directing calls.
- Greet walk-ins customers and clients.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain and update various office manuals.
- Assist office staff as needed to maintain the office workflow.
- Supporting property management staff.
- Compile, manage and maintain the records on company vehicles.
- Assist with workorder system as needed.
- Assist with certificate of insurance compliance.
- Draft correspondence as needed.
- Maintain lease files and other property records per company policy.
- Process tenant bill back invoices and expense reports
Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Strong organizational skills, along with written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient in the use of a computer, related software, and other office equipment.
- Able to multitask and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and can operate with little direction.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation
- High school degree required.
