- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and other system problems
- Customize or fabricate parts as necessary for repairs
- Maintain precise maintenance records via computerized management systems
- Oversee contractor work and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Uphold safety regulations for a secure working environment
