Senator Kirsten Gillibrand seeks a Digital Coordinator to join her communications team.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and eager to learn. We’re looking for someone with an eye for new opportunities, the drive to pitch their own ideas and see them through, and the willingness to keep testing new tools and tactics.
The Digital Coordinator will work directly with the Digital Media Director and assist the entire communications team. Responsibilities will include filming and photographing official events, drafting copy for the website and social media, compiling news clips, and managing video, photo, and graphic assets. This is a fast-paced office and you’ll be expected to turn around many projects on a short timeline.
This is an entry-level position, but previous experience with video production, editing, and photography will be ideal. Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
This role is based in Senator Gillibrand’s D.C. office. Occasional travel to New York with the Senator will be required.
The office of Senator Gillibrand is an equal-opportunity employer. To apply, please complete the application by June 17th, 2024: https://oampublic.senate.gov/constituent/login/831243eb-dc78-4d32-9a92-f1f5414fc4c4/
