Job Description
Brightspeed has exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, E2E Test Management to join our growing team! To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in the telecommunications industry. You will have experience with E2E test management and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You have a strong knowledge of ordering, billing, and data domain with fiber implementation experience. You will have experience with testing automation and be skilled at designing and implementing E2E test plans that ensure successful delivery of system functionality.
In this position, you will have the ability to lead a team of testers that will work hand in hand with IT development teams and end users to ensure expectations have been achieved.
As IT Manager, E2E Test Management, your responsibilities will include:

Create/modify/review Master Test Strategy document for large engagements

Create/update/review Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort
-
Create test strategy (that includes release date, types of testing, scope of the project, detail explanation of planned release, RAID - Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies etc.)

Manage both Functional and Nonfunctional teams
-
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
-
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan

Ensure content and structure of all testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained
-
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standard defined by client
-
Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the project

Organize status meetings and send the status reports (daily, weekly) to the client

Estimate and commit task level effort and deliver activities on time
-
Collaborate with stakeholders and Project Manager for completion of tasks

Prepares/Updates the metrics of a phase or at the completion of project

Set-up test management practice with automation frameworks
Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field
-
Strong E2E test management skills
-
Key strengths in testing process and methodologies
-
5+ years of experience managing test plans from initiation to closure
-
Understanding of core IT infrastructure and service concepts
-
Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives
-
Strong oral and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across organizational structures and multiple management levels
-
Experience with managing both onshore and offshore resources and guiding them in their day-to-day work
-
Ensure content and structure of all testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained

Efficiently document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes for testing as per standard defined by client

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain multiple projects/ programs
-
Strong program and time management skills; great attention to detail
BONUS POINTS FOR:

Certifications with testing processes and/or automation tools and process development

Experience in Fiber Implementation programs in US Telco
