Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Managing office schedules, including coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Overseeing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assisting with vendor management and procurement activities.
- Supporting event planning initiatives and coordinating office events.
- Assisting with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Supervising office staff and delegating tasks effectively.
- Assisting with budgeting tasks and monitoring office expenses.
- Handling payroll processing and ensuring accuracy in timekeeping records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare or home care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Good physical and mental health to effectively perform job duties.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
