```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
```Duties```
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
