Responsibilities:
- Perform typing and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Create and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and customers, providing excellent customer service
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and organizing documents
Experience:
- Previous experience as a typist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Superior speaking and writing English grammer and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.
-E-blast marketing knowledge is a plus.
As a typist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to provide excellent customer service will contribute to our overall success.
