PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Accurate vision for copy typing and proofreading eight or more hours daily. Ability to sit for long periods. Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate degree and two (2) years' experience in responsible secretarial work OR a High School Diploma or equivalency and four (4) years' of experience. Two (2) years' experience working extensively with Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010 and Adobe Acrobat X Pro. Three (3) years' experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact preferred.
In House Employees: This position qualifies for DAP.
