Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and versatile Assistant to support our CEO and his family. This unique role requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks, including driving, handyman duties, and personal errands. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with the CEO in both professional and personal capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving & Transportation:
- Safely operate a truck for various transportation needs, including providing airport transportation for the CEO and family.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and ready for use at all times.
- Handyman Tasks:
- Perform basic handyman duties around the CEO’s residence and office, including minor repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external service providers for more complex tasks.
- Flexible Availability:
- Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the dynamic schedule of the CEO and his family.
- Ability to pivot quickly and handle unexpected tasks with efficiency.
- Support & Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO, his family, and other external parties.
- Manage direct communication efficiently, ensuring all messages and inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Task Management:
- Tackle assigned tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Assist with personal errands, scheduling, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven handyman skills and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
