1. Fryer- Food preparation, frying fried items, serving side items & making other items on the menu, making the best BBQ sandwiches in town. General kitchen cleaning.
2. Pits- Marinating meat products such as pork, beef, and poultry. Cooking the best BBQ in town. Preparing a variety of desserts from the menu along with other items. Washing dishes and general kitchen cleaning.
3. Cutter- Cutting &slicing BBQ meats with a knife and a fork, Food preparation, making plates & other items on the menu, responsible for food quality, portion control, presentation and speed of service.
