SUMMARY
Leads all activities, staff, and operations for a Ranger American Branch; is the company representative of the Branch Operations to clients. Responsible for the operational, organizational, and financial outcomes of the branch.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that operations and staff performance meets Ranger American expectations as well as clients.
- Asses and keeps efficient work schedules in order to deliver service needs, reduce overtime and avoid employee fatigue. Must ensure post coverage of officers takes place for all clients every day.
- Responsible for the training and compliance of employee’s instructions and regulatory requests.
- Ensure employees document correctly their time worked and leaves.
- Follow up on the correct execution of Supervisors
- Will be responsible for the optimal operation of the branch infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and building, its cleanness, and proprietary surrounding areas. This includes the assurance that communication, cameras, computerized systems are in expected operational condition.
- Responsible for inventories of all equipment, tools, and items assigned to the branch.
- Ensure the operation is in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, especially upon hiring, documentation, licensing, management of valuables, and OSHA, among others.
- Comply with all security procedures in place for the operations.
- Assure continued, professional and responsive communication to internal ( supervisor, support departments, administrative employees, and officers) as well as external ( clients, government) stakeholders
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The function requires the supervision of no less than three and up to hundreds of employees, some directly (Exempt and Non- Exempt) and others through supervisory levels.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology or Criminal Forensics with five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in Security or Banking Industry, or Associate degree in Business, Criminology, Criminal Forensics and 10 or above years of experience in but preferably in the Direction of Security Guards or Securities Industry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, write and interpret technical documents and financial reports in English. Must be able to answer questions or solve problems with swiftness and disposition. Ease of expression to groups and clients in writing and verbally. Computer knowledgeable and must be able to use Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
It may require regularly operate a motor vehicle for a long time; talk and listen regularly. It is required to use hands to handle objects lifting, carrying off 10- 25 pounds approximately. Able to constantly stand or walk long distances. Occasionally will kneel, sniff and observe within short and long distances range. May be exposed to hot or humid conditions and high risks.
