The Opportunity
As a psychiatrist with Evolve, your role will involve conducting thorough psychiatric assessments, managing medication regimens, and ensuring ongoing care for the patients served by Evolve. We are looking for an individual who is seeking professional growth at a cross-functional psychiatry practice. Our practice currently offers medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Ketamine (Spravato) treatment, with plans to expand to other treatments (including MDMA and Psilocybin) as they become available. As part of our modern and innovative practice, you will have the opportunity to refine your current toolkit while also developing new skills based on the latest research and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced psychiatric clinical care, including comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnostic consultations, and medication management.
- Implement and manage medication treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust care as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary care team to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.
- Participate in the implementation and delivery of interventional treatment protocols for treatment refractory cases such as TMS and Ketamine treatments.
- Contribute to the practice's quality improvement and educational initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified in psychiatry
- Current and valid medical license in the state of Connecticut
- Valid DEA registration
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and ancillary staff
- Ability to utilize EMR system and document effectively
Position & Schedule Type
- Type: Full Time, Hybrid
- Hours: Schedule is determined during the interview process.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this position is highly competitive at $250,000 - $300,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, patient volume, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
