Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of our organization.
--Duties:
- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, compensation, talent development and benefits administration.
- Coordinate work schedules of non-attorney personnel to ensure appropriate coverage and minimize non-exempt employee overtime.
- Collaborate with shareholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize service and cost effectiveness.
- Manage law school recruiting and on-campus interviewing.
- Oversee general office maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. Serve as liaison with building owners and leasing agents.
- Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years prior supervisory/management experience, preferably in the legal field or other professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills.

Pay: $53,966.49 - $85,000.00 per year
