We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the overall use and optimization of our company software, developing and streamlining workflows, and implementing additional software plug-ins to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring that our technological infrastructure supports our business goals and customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve the company's software systems, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Develop, document, and implement workflows to optimize business processes.
- Identify and integrate additional software plug-ins and tools to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on software systems, specific workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with all departments to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions and automations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all software platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in the service industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development, integration, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in using and implementing various software systems and plug-ins.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the restoration, plumbing, or HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
