We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for carrying out job functions as an Office manager.
This is a full time 40 hours a week position based in our Conway office. This requires an efficient, hard-working individual, who is self-motivated, friendly and outgoing. The individual will be able to work under pressure with competing demands, while presenting a positive and professional image of the Agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diverse clerical functions including data entry, filing, payroll functions, maintaining databases, audit preparation, and assisting service coordinators as needed.
Prior relevant experience is preferred but will train the right candidate; Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency required in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
