Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a multi-talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager with select IT knowledge and experience to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with proven success in omnichannel marketing and a solid understanding of select segments of IT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and technical expertise to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content for digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize our website and online presence, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance in relation to customer data storage
- SOC1, SOC2, SOC3 Compliance
- Ensuring the web server we use for both CRM and data storage have the proper security and privacy by practicing risk management and other practices like updating software and configuring backups.
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital (omnichannel) marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Basic IT skills, including knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic troubleshooting, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of financial industry compliance in relation to customer data storage

Other Preferred Qualifications:
