Customer Service Help Desk Representative
The Fuel Assistance Program is seeking a full time bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Help Desk Representative. The Customer Service Help Desk Representative will serve as the Receptionist. Position requires a high school diploma or its equivalency, experience in office procedures, prior customer service experience, excellent verbal and written skills as well as the ability to communicate via telephone and email. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Must learn the program guidelines and regulations. Must have familiarity with various software applications, Microsoft office suite, digital documents, files, online application platforms and the ability to learn the proprietary software used by the program. Experience in social services is a plus. The position is 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year $19.44 per hour.
