Legacy Remodeling is looking for our next Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team in the Charlotte area. We offere a high octain enviroment for those looking to grow their communication skills and learn the basics of marketing.

You will be trained in a variety of different departments from customer service, to customer acquisitions, and marketing. Our full-time customer service representative will also learn administrative skills, leadership development, and marketing techniques.
Daily responsibilities:
- Answer consumer's questions and make sure that their entire interaction with our company is seamless
- Note take on daily meetings & training
- Track daily personal & team goals
- Collaborate and strategize with the marketing team on company & department goals
- Maintain standards & protocols laid out by management
- Teach, train and develop others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
