Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and counseling to individuals in need
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Implement evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to address behavioral health issues
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Conduct individual therapy session
- Open to working with a variety of populations and ages
- Offer gender issues counseling for individuals exploring their gender identity
Requirements:
- Possess a valid license or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW)
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and utilizing assessment tools
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
