**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and opperator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
**Duties:**
- Develop and write CNC programs using software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, and AutoCAD
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct quality checks using calipers, bore gauges, and precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret blueprints with knowledge of GD&T
- Ensure the accuracy of dimensions and geometry of machined parts
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize production processes
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in programming software like SolidWorks, CATIA, and AutoCAD
- Experience in blueprint reading and GD&T
- Ability to use calipers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
- Knowledge of fabricating techniques for metal components
