Account Success Representative (ASR) - Fully Remote
SimiTree is looking for an outstanding
Account Success Representative to join our Revenue Cycle Management team to assist with providing quality outsourcing engagements for our customers in the post-acute industry. The primary focus of the Account Success Representative will primarily be account management of revenue cycle outsourcing engagements, specifically services related to eligibility and authorization for post-acute (home health, hospice, and private duty) providers. The goal of this role is to ensure client success through quality revenue cycle management services and to work alongside revenue cycle team to perform daily duties. A key component of this success is to provide superior customer service and validate key performance indicators to be at optimal levels. The position may require some travel as needed, but the work will mainly be remote.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of SimiTree RCM's engagements for small and medium sized clients
- Conduct and manage RCM client onboarding for all assigned accounts; ensure all assigned RCM clients are onboarded successfully
- Work with the Revenue Cycle Functional team who performs and completes insurance verification and eligibility for client's patients, as well as obtain authorization. Provide assistance and guidance to leadership and team members.
- Develop monthly client dashboards and monitor key performance indicators for all assigned clients; set-up and monitor monthly cash goals for clients
- Communicate with assigned clients on a regular basis; lead client monthly dashboard calls as well as other client meetings required
- Report RCM key business metrics to clients while also routinely evaluating these KPIs are at optimal levels for all assigned clients
- Develop monthly client invoices and ensure prompt submission to clients
- Track revenue projections on assigned accounts and notify leadership of changes to projections based on account status
- Proficient with outlook, excel, word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, post-acute provider experience.
- Experience with Home Health/Hospice/ or other post-acute EMR systems.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills, ability to solve problems.
- Self-starter and motivation to complete work tasks independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
Salary range/ Benefits:
$60,000- $65,000
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
