**Job Description:**
As an In-Home Sales Consultant at Equity Remodeling, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. You will meet with potential customers at their homes, present our range of home improvement products, and close sales in a one-call close environment. You will receive pre-assigned appointments and leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling and building relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-home consultations with pre-assigned leads to assess customer needs and present our remodeling solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, windows, doors, gutters, and trim.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each customer’s unique needs and preferences.
- Close sales effectively in a one-call close environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
- Accurately complete and submit sales orders and related paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in in-home sales, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals on the first visit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
