Associate Director of College Recruitment
The Associate Director of Recruitment, School of Nursing responsible for overseeing recruitment, enrollment and operations for the department and specifically for the School of Nursing applicants. Collaborating with the Director of Admissions and Dean of Enrollment Management, this mid-level position is responsible for spearheading the recruitment and enrollment for the School of Nursing. This position offers exposure to many strategic initiatives (short & long-term) of the college and has the potential for rapid professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree a plus!).
- Minimum 3-5 years in recruiting and enrolling qualified students into Allied Health Sciences and Nursing programs.
- 2-4 years in related experience in Higher Education and/or Human Services.
- Must have a strong desire to connect with prospective students, as well as be a highly energetic, goal oriented, results-driven, creative, and team oriented individual
- Demonstrate robust interpersonal, organizational, program development, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Host daily information sessions to prospective students and their families seeking admission to the College.
- Develop innovative marketing and recruitment strategies by partnering with the Offices of Admissions, Marketing, and Enrollment Management.
- Connect and advise current students who are seeking admission into competitive, cohort-based programs.
- Assist the Director of Admissions with operations pertaining to the management and development of admissions staff.
