The United States and Canada (USCAN) National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Commercial Finance Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and planning of total National Accounts and Indirect Sales Channels financials focusing on external commissions, orders, sales, margin analysis, planning, and reporting by segment. Additionally, will support key Business Operating Mechanisms such as MOR reviews, operating reviews and business reporting mechanisms. This role reports to the USCAN National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Finance Manager and closely partners with the USCAN Product CFO, Product Finance team, USCAN Indirect Channels GMs & their teams across all 3 business segments (Imaging, PCS, Ultrasound), the Nationals & Strategic Accounts leadership team, External Channel Partners, and other cross functional stakeholders to drive robust operating mechanisms for external commissions, growth and margin expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ownership of the monthly variable compensation paid to indirect sales channel partners across all 3 equipment business segments (Imaging, PCS, Ultrasound) and disputes management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support P&L estimates (QMI), planning (LTS, Budget for both internal and external stakeholders) and drive closing, audits & reporting communication (quarter close, MOR reviews) in partnership with Product Finance, USCAN FP&A, USCAN Controllership and Variable Compensation team.
Ownership of orders & sales reporting & Annual Budget, cost (SG&A) & margin analytics for both P&Ls, support productivity initiatives and margin expansion including during commercial contract renewal negotiations.
Help drive automation projects and Lean initiatives to drive operational and financial efficiencies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial operations, Analytics team).
Develop & maintain National Account level franchise margin analysis model used for deal decisioning & leadership reviews.
Support the USCAN National Accounts & Indirect Sales Channels Finance Manager, Indirect Sales Channels GMs and National Accounts GMs with area specific analytics & requests.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
A minimum of 2+ years’ financial work experience, including Commercial Finance, FP&A.

Clear thinking / problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas.

Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros).
Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions.
Experience working in a matrixed environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $81,600.00-$122,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
