Advantage Nursing Services is now hiring a Compliance Coordinator for our St. Louis and our Glen Carbon offices! This person will work a hybrid schedule between the 2 offices based on the daily needs. The Compliance Coordinator conducts new hire orientations and ensures that the agency’s nurses have up to date credentials, training, payroll, documentation and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting and speaking with applicants and employees, as well as working with computers entering and tracking data. Candidate should have excellent organizational and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Contact applicants and set up face to face interviews
- Run background screenings
- Maintain employment files
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual training as needed
- Serve as contact person for applicant and new hire questions
- Track employee training and credentials via computer
- File documents in employee and client charts
- Assist nurse supervisors with documentation when necessary

Qualifications
- 2 years office experience, health care experience preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills including
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passionate about healthcare
