Absolute Care Providers Autism Center is looking for caring, compassionate individuals that want to work with kids to see them thrive. At Absolute Care Providers, your work truly makes a difference! We are seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with clients. We utilize a results-oriented approach called applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. As a behavior technician , you will engage in various activities to help build skills and social awareness.
This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. 60 hours of training , no experience needed.
Wages for full-time staff are dependent on several factors including education and experience with a range of $21 - $24 per hour. We also provide training and supervision for behavior therapists to receive their Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) credentials.

- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, teachers, and parents
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information

Must Meet All of the Following Level 3 Provider Qualifications:
- Complete the level III provider training requirements during the first six(6) months of employment
- Age 18+
- Have a Highschool Diploma
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Ability to pass a caregiver’s background check.
