About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues, and effective operation of systems and networks.
What you'll do

Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 technicians, providing guidance and resolution for complex technical issues.

Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, email configurations, and access rights.

Administer and support enterprise applications and systems.

Conduct proactive maintenance and support activities to ensure system stability and security.

Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to improve IT processes and procedures.

Document technical processes and procedures for knowledge-sharing and training purposes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience (3 years) as a Level 2 or equivalent IT support technician.

In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Experience with Office 365 administration, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Certifications such as Microsoft Office 365 Intermediate certifications or equivalent are a plus.
