As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team's efforts to promote our company's services. You will have various responsibilities and assist with multiple tasks to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns.
Traveling to medical facilities such as hospitals, physician's offices, SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs constitutes at least 75% of your daily workflow.
Here's what a typical day might look like:
- Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing materials, such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, or website content. You may also help develop presentations or other marketing collateral.
- Social Media Management: Manage our company's social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media trends.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and executing of marketing campaigns across various channels through the hospital, SNF, ALF, and CCRC. Email marketing automation may involve creating landing pages or managing online advertising campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.
Traveling to medical facilities such as hospitals, physician's offices, SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs constitutes at least 75% of your daily workflow.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- A High School or associate degree, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise marketing messages
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is helpful
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and data analysis tools is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a PLUS.
