LuLu's Maryland Style Chicken & Seafood is looking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are a small, family-owned business in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a team player that is eager to learn and grow with us.

Requirements:
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and maintain customer relations
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Good driving record, no CDL required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. sales item (on occasion)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Ability to work at a variety of times including: early morning, early evening, weekends, holidays, andaults, as needed
- Retail experience is a plus but not required as we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing the customer the best experience possible while purchasing and processing items at the counter. This includes being helpful when customers inquire about products, use good customer service when offering items at the counter, and follow all policies and procedures established by the store owner.
- Utilizing proper cash handling procedures when processing merchandise at the register. This includes checking out customers using our POS system.
- Bringing in items from storage and checking them out in our inventory system. This includes checking each item for damage, missing items, and product authenticity. Using cash drawer management procedures when opening and sorting items in inventory. This includes checking each item for integrity, missing items, and product authenticity. Using sales tools such as point of sale system or email communication to communicate with employees about transactions and provide information regarding products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
