Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable & Billing Analyst, Warehouse Operations plays a key role within the AD Member Supply warehouse team and responsibilities include leading the billing and collections process, ensuring accurate and timely Accounts Receivable and monthly reporting and maintaining and improving processes including credit, billing, collections and Marketplace. The Accounts Receivable & Billing Analyst reports directly to the Accounting Manager, Warehouse Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:

Review, analyze and maintain Accounts Receivable Aging report.

Prepare monthly reports summarizing billing, collections and write-off activity.

Collaborate with members and AD associates to receive payment for past due invoices or misrouted payments.

Lead the credit approval and adjustment process and ensure members are in compliance with the credit policy.

Identify billing or collections process inefficiencies and work with members to resolve and improve processes.

Ensure Marketplace EDI transactions between AD, members and suppliers are accurate and efficient.

Lead the process of issuing credits or adjustment to members.

Collaborate with warehouse management and the finance team to ensure all parties have an accurate picture of the warehouse and divisional financial performance, including billing and collections.

Assist on special projects and ad hoc reports as needed.

Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in both ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as intermediate Excel skills, including v-lookup, pivot tables and filtering.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years progressive corporate experience.
Additional Comments:

The position is based out of our corporate office in Wayne, PA, where we have a hybrid work schedule (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with Mondays and Fridays remote optional)

AD’s business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
