CheBA Hut is looking for a District Manager to manage our 2 El Paso locations!!!
As a CheBA Hut Southern District Manager you will oversee multiple shops in the Southern New Mexico and El Paso, Texas markets. You will work closely with the District Bar Manager and Northern District Manager to ensure culture, product, and operations are consistent across all shops in your market. CheBA Hut offers a unique culture and will require a unique individual who values hard work and good vibes. This position reports to the Director of Operations/Integrator.
This is a great opportunity that will provide ability to really shape the DM role in our southern market, really making it your own! Initially the right candidate will oversee the operations of two newly opened locations in El Paso. The DM will hire and coach GM's for each location as well as manage the current two AGM structure already in place.
The right individual for this role will exhibit high levels of integrity and maturity with understanding of restaurant "fast casual" operations as well as bar operations as each CheBA Hut has a full bar service to go along with our high quality food service. The DM will be the driver of operations and culture and a living example of hard work and excellence. It is not a role for the weary. Requirements:
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Hires, trains, oversees, and coaches General Managers in the day-to-day operations.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive; coaches GM’s to do the same as it relates to the AGM's and crew.

Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
-
Oversight of GM’s and shop crew as it relates to operations, finance, human resources, and administrative functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees the financial performance of each CheBA Hut location.
-
Acts as communication liaison between locations and headquarters.
-
Communicates information related to new policies, procedures, and promotions with and among shop locations.

Identifies new opportunities for sales.
-
Ensures district-wide customer satisfaction.
-
Oversees safety and security within the district.
-
Assists General Managers as needed.
-
Works closely with District Bar Manager.

Performs other related duties as required.

Required to submit quarterly shop data.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Proven experience as a multi-unit manager required.

5 Years in Leadership Role

In-depth knowledge of Office programs (word, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
