The Maintenance Team Member assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Clean and maintain equipment (thaw cabinets, freezers, grills, fryers, etc…)

Maintaining outside grounds

Power washing
-
Change light bulbs
-
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Take out and empty trash compactor
-
Put away truck orders
-
Boil outs
