RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to focus on developing systems that enable programmatic access to one of the largest and most notable CI/CD platforms on the market. This includes a heavy amount of API development and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Development of new software features, epics, and initiatives
- Development of API's from scratch
- Large scale database work - the systems process millions of requests per day
- A/B testing in a lab setting
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (RoR)
- Experience w/ React is preferred
- Experience w/ Kubernetes and/or Docker
- Experience working at an Enterprise level
- Experience with GitHub for CI/CD
- Experience developing/creating API's
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
