JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
As a member of the HR Shared Services (HRSS) organization, will support HR partners in administrative and operational work, specifically related to HRIS employee data management. Looks for opportunities to streamline and automate data management processes and methods to ensure data quality across the organization. Acts as a liaison to HR Functions and HRBP teams in support of HR Shared Services organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Provide administrative support for HR programs, including but not limited to: HRIS maintenance, employee data updates and employee data quality.
Assist in preparation of material related to employee changes and other operational needs.
Maintain and update job aids, skills catalog and general HR content for HRIS activities and associated responsibilities.
Coordinate and execute audit support, including but not limited to: new hire data, contingent worker data, payment data and other data quality areas.
Assist in the continuous improvement of applicable HR practices, procedures and processes, where needed.
Provides general support to HRSS operations and other HR groups, specifically to HRBPs, Payroll, Compensation and People Analytics.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

Typically Supervisor or above
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Experience with HRIS data management, Workday preferred
Basic knowledge of HR functions and industry practices.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage and complete work in an efficient and thorough manner.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize completion of tasks/projects in support of multiple business partners with oversight.
Ability to resolve problems in order to complete tasks.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Ability to deliver consistent services utilizing defined HR standard work methods to address people, process and technology related issues.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other business related software systems and the use of data reporting technologies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent
Typically a minimum of two years of related experience
