Job Type: Receptionist/ Assistant

Job Description: Assist and provide a range of administrative support to attorneys and paralegals. It is important that the candidate be comfortable working in a legal environment. Candidate must provide top quality customer service, be a team player and a self-starter. Duties include general administrative assistance answering phones, scanning & copying, mailing correspondence, building & maintaining client files, typing from dictation, greeting clients, calendaring, etc.

Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person
· Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
· Serve coffee and clean up conference room after meetings
· Scan and organize documents
· Enter information into client management software
· Process incoming mail
· Assist with special projects as needed
