Hampton Inn New Bern is seeking to fill the position of Guest Services Supervisor. The GSS will coordinate the activities of the front office team, and guest services department, including hiring and training. Duties include but are not limited to working closely with GM on front-office budgets, enforcing consistency in operating procedures, ensuring room revenue maximization, and providing exceptional guest service to all guests.
