Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Handle and track all level-one inquiries from ACA (public) and AA (back office and mobile) efficiently and professionally.
- Customer Support: Manage general inquiries and perform account management tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Release Permits/LOAs and open workflow processes accurately and promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Respond to inquiries related to violations, providing clear and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in a help desk environment as a technician/analyst.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
