Summary:
The Business Analytics Manager is a newly created role on the Digital Marketing Team. As the Business Analytics Manager you will play a critical role building and maintaining dashboards which reflect e-commerce and digital marketing analytics. The Business Analytics Manager will be responsible for trend and marketing analysis providing insights for business improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage dashboards showcasing marketing and e-commerce activity
- Collaborate with IT and Systems Teams to automate processes to integrate information from several data points
- Develop site and channel analytics for e-commerce. Including industry benchmarks and KPIs
- Support Google Analytics management ensuring data capture including tagging structure, UTM structure, channel settings, etc. in partnership with cross-functional team members
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and highlights
- Support ad-hoc forecasting or modeling needs
- Provide business improvement initiative recommendations and prioritization bases on findings
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role, preferably in a CPG organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- Prior working knowledge of Shopify
- 3+ years of experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, or related products to create and manage dashboards
- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and advanced Excl
- Google Analytics Certified and GA4, a plus
- Ability to work onsite 3 days/week
