Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Train and manage staff

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the chef to design new menu items
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling and culinary techniques
- Proficiency in cash handling and bartending
- Familiarity with coffee preparation methods
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
- Background in banquet or hospitality management is a plus
