- Validate and verify new electron optical design concept for next generation e-beam metrology and inspection systems.
- Design of experiment for study and improve eSource performance
- Prototyping and integrate new eSource and qualification bench.
- Develop qualification methodology and procedure.
- Provide input to system specification, system error budget and interfaces.
Ph D with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ of Years of electron optics relevant experience
- Physics, Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering background
- 3+ years’ experience electron optical system operating and testing
- 1 to 2 years’ experience electron source developing and testing
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral, ability to influence, stakeholder management, etc.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $155,625-$259,375. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
