This individual has a natural ability to brighten a room and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This allows them to connect, recommend services and answer any spa questions. This team members responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls with a smile on their face, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the system and charging for services performed.
Requested Tasks
- Maintain a clean reception area and a consistent presence at the desk
- Bill treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure any queries or concerns are addressed rapidly and professionally
- Prepare schedules for the next day’s arrivals, making sure treatments are booked accurately and in a suitable timeframe
- Knowledgeable of the type of treatments available and be able to give advice on treatment procedures
Requested Capabilities

- Ability to read a guest's mood and work with them accordingly
