Timekeeping and Payroll experience a must (Certified Payroll)
AIA Invoicing!
Self motivated and good people skills
Excellent phone skills
Coordinate scheduling of appointments
Create customer folders for current jobs & print summary reports when jobs are completed
Excellent computer skills such as: excel, word, design layout
Attend town bid meeting and record results to file for future bids
Schedule to do jobs
Job Costing
Assist Field Supervisor on jobs when needed – project tracking & record keeping
Call in Call before you dig for jobs
Field photos on jobs
Prospecting – Cold Calling
Laminate documents when needed
Scheduling Sub-contractor work if needed
Keep registrations for vehicles up to date
Run errands when needed
Work Week:
Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
