O5 Apparel is a dynamic and innovative fashion company with a commitment to delivering exceptional imagery that drives sales and exceeds brand expectations. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Producer Assistant to join our in-house photo studio team.
As a Producer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Producer throughout all stages of the photoshoot process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand guidelines and retailer specifications. You will collaborate with various teams to build shotlists, coordinate logistics, manage sample inventory, and secure top talent for multiple photoshoots each week.
The candidate we seek will be responsible for:
- Assist the Producer with pre-production, on-set, and post-production stages of photoshoots, maintaining brand integrity and meeting retailer requirements.
- Build shotlists and effectively communicate shoot details to all stakeholders for multiple photoshoots per week.
- Prepare and distribute call sheets for upcoming photoshoots, ensuring all crew members are informed and prepared.
- Ensure the crew has everything they need ready to successfully execute during photoshoots, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Oversee product sample inventory management and tracking throughout the photoshoot lifecycle, maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Assist in securing top talent, including models, stylists, and photographers, for both on-model and off-model shoots.
- Manage logistics and travel arrangements for photoshoots, coordinating transportation and accommodations as needed.
The ideal applicants possess the following:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in photoshoot production, preferably in an apparel in-house photo studio environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to navigate multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of database applications; experience with Airtable for studio operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital asset management (DAM) software; experience with Canto is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse personalities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
