OVERVIEW:
Warehouse Attendant is of the utmost importance, as they are accountable for the safekeeping and appropriate handling of the entire inventory of the Warehouse. This might be an entry-level profile; however, the job requires expertise and proficiency.
Responsibilities:

Delivering a great attitude and effort in your daily work.

Following Warehouse rules and safety guidelines.

Proper Stocking, Pulling and Delivering of the inventory in the warehouse.

Loading and unloading of goods and supplies, ensuring proper rotation, dating and handling of goods.

Ensuring the cleanliness and stocking of inventory in the work area.

Maintaining quality in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities.

Coordinating all work functions with team associate and other departments of the organization.

Perform all assigned task by the supervising authorities efficiently and timely.

Ensuring that the qualities of goods are compliant with the company standards.

Conduct weekly spot counts to verify the appropriate inventory balance.

Maintaining and servicing of all warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Pallet jacks and carts) as well as handling them appropriately.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
High school diploma or GED required.
Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
Must successfully pass background check.
Must successfully pass drug screening.
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
Procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, email, spreadsheets, and databases to include excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Reviewing inventory stock levels and placing orders to maintain par levels.
Excellent work ethic.
Additional Details:
Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
Communicate effectively with outside contacts and all levels of team members.
Obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
